What began as a passion for storytelling. Has evolved into a mission, to create a home. Where both established industry professionals and independent filmmakers and photographers can bring their visions to life—without breaking the bank.
Nestled in Hollywood, Gavin isn’t just a sound stage owner. This founder’s philosophy is simple yet revolutionary: “Give more for less, keep creators creating.” This stems from years in independent film making, understanding the challenges of limited budgets and endless creative ambition.
