MAINSTREAM ENTERTAINMENT CANCELLATION POLICY 2025
OVERVIEW
Mainstream Entertainment for Membership booking and booking Direct implements a standardized cancellation policy. This provides clarity in our booking process. It also ensures fairness in our refund processes. Guest booking us through 3 party apps Should review your apps cancellation policy.
PROCESSING FEE
A 4% processing fee of the total booking cost applies to all bookings and is deducted from refunds when applicable.
STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS
1. 24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD
- Full Refund (Including Processing Fee): Cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation
- Refunds are processed immediately, but may take 2-5 business days to appear in client accounts
2. STANDARD CANCELLATION WINDOWS
- More Than 48 Hours Before Booking: 50% refund of location fee; full refund of add-on items
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking: Non-refundable location fee; full refund of add-on items
- Same-Day Bookings: Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time. A minimum notice of 6 hours is required. These are non-refundable due to limited re-booking opportunities.
FLEXIBLE RESCHEDULING OPTION
Fear not for “Most booking” that fall into the non-refundable bookings, we offer a one-time rescheduling opportunity.
- Notice Requirement: Minimum 6 hours before scheduled booking time.
- Rescheduling Window: Must reschedule within 30 days of original booking date.
- Limitation: One-time rescheduling per booking.
- Missed Reschedule: Clients who miss their rescheduled booking must make full payment for any new bookings.
MAINSTREAM ENTERTAINMENT-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking:
- Full Refund: 100% refund of all fees, including processing fee
- Alternative Options: When possible, we will offer alternative dates or similar services
- Support: Our team will assist in finding alternative venues if desired
REFUND PROCESSING
For eligible refunds, Mainstream Entertainment will process payments according to our normal payment schedule following the originally scheduled booking date.
